I am working on “Radiation risk appraisal for detrimental effects from medical exposure during management of patients with lymphoma or brain tumor” European Commission funded SINFONIA project ( https://www.sinfonia-appraisal.eu/ ) at Prof. Andrzej Wojcik group, Department of Molecular Biosciences, Stockholm University, Stockholm, Sweden.

Previously, I had worked on radiation induced DNA damage & it’s repair mechanisms” in invitro cellular models with the research group of Prof. George Iliakis at Institute of Medical Radiation Biology, University of Duisburg-Essen, Essen, Germany. In this project my learning and investigation were focused on deciphering the choice between pathways (cNHEJ, HRR, alt-EJ & SAA) selection that a cell choose upon induction of a DNA Double Strand Break (DSB) by Ionising Radiation.

I worked as Assistant Professor at School of Biological and Chemical Sciences, MATS University, Raipur, C.G. India. I had also worked as Junior and Senior Research Fellow of Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) Govt. of India – Board of Research in Nuclear Sciences (BRNS) funded project.

I did my doctoral degree under guidance of Prof. K.P. Mishra (Ex-head, RB&HS Bhabha Atomic Research Center, Mumbai) while working in Government of India, Department of Atomic Energy- Board of Research in Nuclear Sciences (B.R.N.S.) funded project from Nehru Gram Bharati deemed to be university Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. I got my Master degree in Science with specialization in Biotechnology from VIT University, Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India. I obtained my Bachelor degree in Science with Biotechnology honors from Berhampur University , Berhampur, Odisha, India. I belong from Agalpur Village
